Why 83 Dreamz Exists
83 Dreamz exists for the threshold moment.
Some young adults make it through instability, family disruption, foster care, couch-surfing, or uncertain shelter while still finding a way to complete high school and keep moving forward.
But at 18, they may become legally responsible for themselves before they have housing, transportation, documents, income, guidance, or someone steady to call.
83 Dreamz Launchpad honors Terry Glenn’s legacy by supporting that critical transition from instability to independence.
The mission: Help young adults find their footing, access the essentials, connect with real guidance, and move toward a future with stability, opportunity, and dignity.
A dream needs more than belief. A dream needs ground. A dream needs a runway. A dream needs someone who believes you can launch.
What Launchpad Is
A funding and partnership initiative. Launchpad supports existing nonprofit organizations that already serve young adults ages 18–22 who are aging out of foster care, leaving unstable homes, or trying to begin adult life without reliable support.
Rather than building and operating a new facility, 83 Dreamz identifies proven partners and helps fund the practical barriers that prevent young adults from launching.
What Launchpad Can Fund
Small barriers can block an entire future. Launchpad funds the missing pieces. Examples:
- IDs, birth certificates, documents
- phones, laptops, and technology
- transportation and car repairs
- work clothes, tools, boots and certification fees
- emergency safe lodging
- rental deposits and first-month rent
- first-apartment essentials
- education, trade-school, and job-readiness costs

83 Dreamz begins by listening to organizations already doing strong work. From there, we identify trusted partners, provide practical funding where it can make a measurable difference, and learn from real-world outcomes to shape the path ahead.
TG8388 Capsule Collection

TG8388 is a future youth-inspired capsule collection created in honor of Terry Glenn’s legacy and the spirit behind 83 Dreamz.
The collection will celebrate movement, resilience, school spirit, team energy, and the young people standing at the edge of their next chapter.
Proceeds from future TG8388 drops are intended to support Launchpad-aligned youth initiatives, helping fund practical barriers such as transportation, documents, work essentials, education needs, and first-step stability for young adults preparing to launch.
